Max Mara seeks Assistant Store Manager in Venice. Lead retail operations, manage sales targets, mentor staff, and champion digital innovation in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales targets established by the Store Manager
- Manage store productivity objectives and key performance indicators as set by Store Manager
- Optimize on-floor staffing levels in alignment with customer demand and market conditions
- Maintain team motivation and morale through collaborative leadership and human resources management
- Implement and develop digital technologies within store operations and client-facing processes
- Guide and mentor floor staff to enhance sales performance and customer experience
- Support execution of retail projects and strategic initiatives across the store
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Associate or seller in the apparel sector
- Demonstrated expertise in an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent role within luxury or fashion retail
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Strong passion for fashion and styling with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and team management capabilities
- Proactive personality with high energy and enthusiasm for fashion industry
- Digital aptitude and comfort with emerging technologies
- Proven consultative sales approach and customer engagement skills
