Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales targets set by the Store Manager
- Drive store productivity metrics and operational efficiency through proactive resource planning
- Optimize floor team presence and staffing solutions aligned with customer demand and market conditions
- Foster team motivation and engagement in collaboration with store management
- Implement and champion digital technologies to enhance operational processes and client interactions
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising standards aligned with Max Mara brand guidelines
- Mentor and develop sales associates in product knowledge and personalized selling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Assistant Store Manager or equivalent sales leadership role in luxury fashion or structured retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets
- Strong interpersonal and team management capabilities
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and luxury retail
- Fluent English proficiency
- Digital proficiency and comfort with retail technology platforms
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years as a sales associate or sales professional in the fashion or luxury apparel sector, with demonstrated progression into leadership or assistant management responsibilities within a structured retail chain.
Education
Secondary education (diploma di scuola superiore) or equivalent; professional training in retail management or luxury goods preferred.
