Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize sales and achieve assigned qualitative and quantitative targets, including sales turnover and key performance indicators, while maintaining operational excellence
- Guide, motivate, and support the professional development of the sales team, optimizing personnel allocation based on store traffic and commercial objectives
- Promote personalized, high-quality customer service aimed at client retention and embodying the brand's values
- Coordinate daily store activities in alignment with headquarters directives and optimize product presentation to meet sales goals
- Supervise the store during the Store Manager's absence and ensure key role coverage by training and developing backup personnel
- Champion digital technologies and innovations for process management and stakeholder relationship building
- Adopt and promote behaviors and operational actions aligned with sustainable development practices, environmental care, and community development
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Assistant Store Manager or in a managerial position within fashion and luxury retail companies, preferably in a structured retail organization
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory); knowledge of Italian is a plus
- Strong management and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and proactive, positive attitude
- Strong interest in digital tools and new technologies applied to retail
