Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize store sales in adherence to corporate standards through guidance, motivation, and development of on-floor personnel
- Ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales targets set by the Store Manager
- Achieve store productivity objectives communicated by Store Manager leadership
- Identify and implement effective resource-scheduling solutions aligned with customer and market demand
- Maintain team motivation in collaboration with store management

Qualifications

Experience
