The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in maximizing sales while maintaining exceptional brand standards, leading and developing floor staff, monitoring store KPIs, and optimizing daily operations. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving retail targets set by the Retail Direction
- Maintain and elevate brand identity through exemplary customer service standards and fidelity-focused engagement
- Monitor and analyze individual and store-level KPIs to inform operational decisions and improve performance
- Lead, motivate, and coach floor staff in alignment with company values, fostering professional development and growth opportunities
- Organize staff scheduling and plan daily store operations to optimize workflow and task distribution
- Facilitate clear and effective internal communication across the team
