Weekend by Max Mara seeks a Client Advisor in London. Full-time retail position with training, salary, and package offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in accordance with brand philosophy, service standards, and quality expectations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and personal performance objectives as assigned by the Store Manager
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up
- Pursue clientele activities and build a loyal customer base
- Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and maintained to visual standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying customer-centric service values within the store environment
- Maintain and continuously update professional and technical product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Conversational proficiency in English
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain strong client relationships
- Consistent delivery of professional, high-standard customer service
- Motivation and commitment to achieving personal and team sales goals
