The Stock Specialist supports MAX&Co.’s store business results by ensuring warehouse operations are completed on time and as required. The role covers stockroom standards, product care, backup training, customer service, digital innovation and sustainable development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse management operations are completed on time and as required to support store activities and business results.
- Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, and ensure products in storage are properly maintained.
- Train and develop one or more departmental backups to ensure role coverage.
- Ensure external customer service activities in the store are carried out correctly.
- Promote role development through proactive, team-based and digital learning activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of responsibilities.
- Promote, adopt and develop digital technologies within the function for process management and interaction with internal and external business stakeholders.
- Adopt significant behaviours and promote operational and cultural actions for sustainable development, encompassing care for the environment, business processes and the organisational community.
