MAX&Co. Rome Condotti seeks Sales Assistant for maternity cover. Entry-level retail role with English + additional language requirement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with empathy and sophisticated styling expertise, building lasting relationships across diverse nationalities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining the highest standards of client service and product knowledge
- Contribute to visual merchandising and retail project management initiatives
- Develop and showcase styling recommendations aligned with brand aesthetic
- Support store operations and collaborate with the sales team on daily retail objectives
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fashion retail or customer-facing roles
- Fluency in English plus one additional language (Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, or Spanish)
- Demonstrated passion for styling and meticulous attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with commitment to exceeding sales goals
- Empathetic communication skills and ability to engage diverse clientele
- Comfort with digital tools and omnichannel retail environments
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in fashion retail or direct customer service required. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; fashion or retail-related certification a plus.
