The Part-Time Sales Assistant brings MAX&Co. collections to life by guiding customers with personalised styling advice, building client relationships and contributing to sales targets. The role also maintains visual merchandising standards and supports stock organisation and daily store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the collections and provide styling advice tailored to their needs.
- Build lasting customer relationships through thoughtful service and clienteling.
- Contribute to sales targets and celebrate achievements with the team.
- Maintain an inviting, well-presented sales floor in line with visual merchandising standards.
- Support stock organisation and daily store operations in collaboration with colleagues.

- Assist assigned customers during the sales process, guiding their purchases in accordance with company standards.
- Welcome customers in the assigned area and build relationships with them.
- Collaborate with department colleagues.
- Maintain the order and care of items on display and in the stockroom.

- Ensure personal presentation and grooming align with company guidelines.
