Role & Responsibilities
- Own store P&L and deliver against sales targets by building and executing a store strategy and annual action plan.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory control, cash handling, POS accuracy and banking procedures.
- Recruit, train and develop store personnel; create an engaging learning environment and deliver staff performance management.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and clienteling programs; grow and maintain the store customer database and CRM standards.
- Plan and manage staffing levels, schedules and payroll to optimize productivity and control labour costs.
- Lead merchandising and visual standards: monitor product performance, react to business reports, and collaborate with visual merchandising to maximize sales.
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, operational procedures and loss-prevention protocols and maintain a pristine retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in the luxury market; demonstrated success meeting sales targets.
- Prior keyholder or store leadership experience; multi-unit management experience preferred.
- Established client book or demonstrable clienteling capability preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Experience
Several years of retail leadership within a luxury or high-end environment is required, ideally including experience with clienteling, recruiting and training staff, merchandising execution, and managing store financials and KPIs. Multi-unit oversight and a proven track record growing revenue are preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 115,000 per annum.
