Marni Store Manager
Marni is hiring a Store Manager in Dallas, TX (NorthPark) to lead the boutique, drive sales and manage staff, inventory and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and profitability by implementing the business strategy, monitoring KPIs and producing actionable plans to meet financial targets.
- Recruit, coach and develop store personnel; create annual store action plans and ensure continuous training and performance management.
- Own P&L accountability: manage payroll, expenses and inventory controls to achieve budgeted margins.
- Deliver an elevated client experience through rigorous clienteling, CRM execution and development of the customer database.
- Oversee daily store operations including visual merchandising standards, POS/cash handling accuracy, scheduling and logistical coordination.
- Analyse sales and merchandising reports to optimise assortments, identify slow and best sellers and collaborate with visual teams to maximise presentation and sell-through.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in the luxury or high-end market; previous keyholder or store leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated clienteling ability; an existing client book is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, payroll and basic P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills; ability to recruit, train and motivate diverse teams.
- Availability to meet the physical demands of the role (standing for extended periods; lifting up to 50 lbs).

Experience
Proven experience managing a boutique or retail store in the luxury sector with responsibility for sales targets, staff development and store operations; multi-unit management experience is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of professional experience preferred.
