Marni is hiring a Selling Supervisor in Miami Design District. Hourly $24–$25. Lead sales, clienteling and visual standards for Marni's boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store management team to achieve sales targets, maximise profitability and deliver on Key Performance Indicators.
- Supervise, coach and motivate store staff to sustain a professional, sales-driven and client-centric environment; act as a role model for brand standards and behaviours.
- Deliver exceptional client service and clienteling: cultivate customer relationships, schedule appointments, maintain client records and build a high-value clientele.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Assist in training store employees on customer service, product knowledge and operational procedures; contribute to ongoing performance development.
- Manage operational duties including inventory control, loss prevention procedures and accurate execution of stock takes.
- Enforce compliance with company policies and local health, safety and employment regulations.
- Step into store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager and make short-term operational decisions as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a client-driven retail environment in a lead sales or supervisory capacity.
- Proven leadership and team-coaching abilities with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent customer-service orientation and advanced clienteling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-touch luxury retail setting.
- Physical capability to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and to handle merchandise (lifting up to 50 lbs) as required.
- Preferred: 3+ years supervisory experience and prior experience in luxury or high-end retail; bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is advantageous.

Minimum of 2 years in a client-focused retail environment in a lead sales or supervisory role; 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, especially within luxury or high-end retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in retail or supervisory roles accepted.
