Marni in Milan seeks a People & Culture Business Partner to shape HR strategy, org design and talent development in a creative luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic coach and trusted adviser to managers, embedding a leadership style grounded in context, candour and empathy.
- Partner with business leaders to design robust organizational structures that enable growth and clear ownership of outcomes.
- Develop and implement talent strategies including career frameworks, development plans, succession planning and performance management.
- Coach managers on delivering feedback, managing performance issues and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations matters with discretion, ensuring alignment with company values and legal best practice.
- Design and run initiatives to strengthen team connection, engagement and psychological safety across the organization.
- Continuously pulse-check the workplace using quantitative and qualitative inputs; produce insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Operate across day-to-day people operations to understand team needs and translate them into actionable HR interventions.
Qualifications
- Typically 5–7 years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally including a business partnering or consultancy remit.
- Proven experience in organizational design, talent management, performance coaching and complex employee relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the confidence to challenge senior leaders when required.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion and ability to manage sensitive situations with diplomacy and firmness.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving creative environments and able to balance pragmatic solutions with cultural stewardship.

Experience
Seasoned people partner with approximately five to seven years of relevant HR experience, preferably gained in international, matrixed or creative organisations where ambiguity and rapid change are common.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional HR certification preferred but not required.
