Role & Responsibilities
- Build seasonal footwear collection architecture, defining structure, price corridors, and category mix
- Translate creative input, brand positioning, and market insights into coherent and competitive product offerings
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Product Development, Planning, and Industrialization teams to ensure feasibility, cost alignment, and time-to-market
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, providing actionable insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and product lifecycle
- Support go-to-market activities with clear product arguments, sales materials, and collection presentations for internal and external teams
- Manage carry-over styles and icons, ensuring brand consistency and long-term category development
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in merchandising, ideally within luxury fashion with strong focus on footwear
- Solid understanding of footwear product development processes, materials, and cost drivers
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with PLM systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative and business stakeholders
- High aesthetic sensitivity, market awareness, and strong product mindset
- Degree in Fashion Management, Business, or related fields
