Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to transform client interactions into memorable, hand-crafted experiences while achieving individual and team objectives
- Drive commercial performance through technical product mastery, sales and stock analysis, inventory rotation, and visual merchandising supervision
- Coach and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure consistent, elevated client service standards
- Implement omni-channel customer engagement strategies combining in-store excellence with digital touchpoints
- Build and cultivate a client book by establishing meaningful relationships and conducting clientelling initiatives to drive traffic and loyalty
- Support the Store Manager in developing and executing business action plans for each product category and client segment
- Demonstrate exemplary sales leadership and self-management on the selling floor while developing loyal client relationships through CRM systems
- Maintain operational excellence across clientelling, display, merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and team grooming standards
- Supervise stockroom operations, inventory management, and goods handling to align with sales potential and coordinate team activities
- Optimize stock management and verify proper goods handling practices in collaboration with reference staff
- Support annual inventory closures, category flash inventories, and fiscal year-end processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in fashion and luxury retail
- In-depth product knowledge of the women's universe including ready-to-wear, footwear, and accessories
- Proven experience in team training, empowerment, and motivation
- Results-driven mindset with strong customer-focused orientation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all channels (in-person, email, SMS, digital)
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational precision
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and outside standard business hours

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fashion and luxury retail environments, with demonstrated expertise in team leadership, customer-facing sales, and operational management.
