Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse e‑commerce performance and user behaviour to generate actionable insights that improve conversion and product performance using Adobe Analytics, Power BI and ContentSquare.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and bespoke reports; define advanced metrics and audiences to support leadership and operational teams.
  • Own digital data quality and website tracking: gather business requirements, produce technical specifications, coordinate agencies and stakeholders, validate implementations and monitor ongoing data accuracy.
  • Design, support and analyse A/B tests and CRO initiatives; lead on‑site personalization efforts (recommendations, carousels, notifications) and measure impact on KPIs.
  • Coordinate e‑commerce roadmap projects: collect requirements, align cross‑functional stakeholders (UX/UI, merchandising, content, operations, IT), manage timelines/priorities/budgets and oversee UAT and post‑go‑live analysis.
  • Liaise with Marketing, CRM, BI and external agencies to align segmentation, attribution and lifecycle projects with analytics and tracking requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web analytics and digital data analysis within e‑commerce or omnichannel retail.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Adobe Analytics (mandatory) and experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with UX analytics platforms (ContentSquare) and practical knowledge of A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
  • Experience defining tracking requirements and validating technical implementations; exposure to tag management tools (e.g., Tealium) is advantageous.
  • Experience working with commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus).
  • Advanced usage of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for analysis, reporting and decision support; strong prompting skills.

Experience
