Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a finance business partner, collaborating closely with business functions and budget owners to support commercial and operational teams in evaluating profitability by channel and region
- Monitor discount trends, markdown policies, margin evolution, and challenge spending trends across Retail, Outlet, E-Commerce, Wholesale, and Operations channels
- Support strategic evaluations such as store openings and closures in close collaboration with the Finance Director and Business Controller
- Perform monthly analysis of Actuals vs Forecast, review and manage accruals, and monitor cost spending across the organization
- Prepare presentations and financial analyses for senior management, providing actionable insights on cost evolution and business performance
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data flows, and analytical tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and business relevance
- Actively participate in system implementation and upgrade projects impacting the controlling function, working across SAP, BI platforms, and advanced analytics tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles
- Background in fashion, luxury, retail, or structured consumer goods environments
- Hands-on experience managing budget and forecast processes in multi-channel and multi-country organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAP and BI platforms (SAP BW, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Fluent English

Experience
3–5 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis roles, with demonstrated expertise in budget and forecast processes within multi-channel and multi-country retail or fashion environments.
Education
Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
