Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming retail environment
  • Assist customers in locating products and provide expert styling guidance
  • Manage stock control and inventory procedures
  • Process cash and card payments accurately and securely
  • Handle customer refunds and resolve complaints professionally
  • Report discrepancies and operational issues to the supervisor
