Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalized in-store client service and craft memorable shopping experiences
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat business
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities across all product categories using effective selling techniques
- Maintain accurate client data and engagement records within CRM systems
- Execute sales transactions precisely, including payments, returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free procedures
- Support in-store events and client engagement activities that strengthen brand relationships
- Contribute to local client network development and business growth initiatives
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in compliance with brand guidelines
- Support stockroom operations, including inventory management, transfers, and reporting
- Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and foster a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional retail experience, with demonstrated success in luxury retail environments and client-facing roles. Experience with leather goods and designer fashion brands is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or luxury retail certification is a plus.
