Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients, delivering personalised, high‑touch customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Advise customers on product selection across ready‑to‑wear and accessories, driving conversion and basket uplift.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions including cash and card payments, returns and refunds with accuracy and discretion.
  • Maintain stock integrity: receive and store deliveries, attach tags, carry out inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional floor resets to reflect brand campaigns and seasonal activations.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the boutique supervisor when required.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the boutique team to meet sales targets and uphold brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales within the luxury or fashion sector is preferred.
  • Proven selling experience in ready‑to‑wear and accessories.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, engaging and client‑centric manner.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of inventory techniques and stock control procedures.
  • Reliable, result‑oriented work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Fluent English.
