Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients, delivering personalised, high‑touch customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Advise customers on product selection across ready‑to‑wear and accessories, driving conversion and basket uplift.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions including cash and card payments, returns and refunds with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain stock integrity: receive and store deliveries, attach tags, carry out inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional floor resets to reflect brand campaigns and seasonal activations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the boutique supervisor when required.
- Work collaboratively as part of the boutique team to meet sales targets and uphold brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales within the luxury or fashion sector is preferred.
- Proven selling experience in ready‑to‑wear and accessories.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, engaging and client‑centric manner.
- Demonstrable knowledge of inventory techniques and stock control procedures.
- Reliable, result‑oriented work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Fluent English.

Preferably 3+ years in luxury or fashion retail with hands‑on experience selling ready‑to‑wear and accessories and managing boutique stock and transactions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or customer service is an advantage.
