Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist each client, providing an exceptional in-store experience
- Master storytelling techniques and engage clients with insightful questioning to understand their needs
- Create long-term, authentic bonds with clients by personalizing the experience and demonstrating genuine care
- Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team sales objectives
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Display comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Manage payment operations including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual displays in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Maintain security vigilance and prevent product theft, including garment tagging and merchandise management
- Stay informed of emerging fashion trends and competitive landscape; generate innovative ideas to improve performance
- Develop and nurture meaningful, loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
- Manage and drive sales by understanding client needs and creating tailored, hand-crafted experiences
- Transform each client interaction into a unique and memorable moment
- Support CRM processes, client engagement, and after-sales practices to promote a customer-centric culture
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail
- Proven track record of successful sales generation and client relationship development
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including email and SMS
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent, written and spoken English (mandatory); additional languages preferred
