Marni seeks a Client Advisor in Florence: boutique sales role focused on RTW and accessories. English required; luxury retail experience preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients on the boutique floor, delivering a personalized luxury retail experience.
  • Advise customers on product selection across ready-to-wear and accessories, tailoring recommendations to client needs.
  • Process cash and card transactions accurately using the store POS; manage refunds and exchanges in line with brand policy.
  • Support inventory management: receive and store deliveries, attach tags, execute stock control and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions and seasonal merchandise; implement in-store displays and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Resolve client complaints with professionalism and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the boutique team within established brand standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven selling experience in ready-to-wear and accessories; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
  • At least 3 years' sales experience in the fashion/luxury sector is a plus.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
  • Confident, result-oriented manner with a friendly, engaging personality and excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Reliable team player able to follow brand guidelines and maintain high standards of presentation and service.
  • Familiarity with inventory techniques and basic stock control procedures.

Experience
