Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with professionalism and warmth
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting products aligned with their preferences
- Provide expert guidance on product features, materials, and styling recommendations
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, including cash and card payments, with accuracy
- Conduct stock control and inventory management in accordance with established protocols
- Tag merchandise and maintain organized floor displays
- Receive, verify, and properly store incoming stock deliveries
- Process customer refunds and handle complaints with resolution-oriented professionalism
- Communicate discrepancies and operational issues to supervisory staff
- Maintain awareness of current promotions and actively participate in visual merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury or fashion retail
- Demonstrated experience selling ready-to-wear and accessories
- Proficiency in inventory management techniques and stock control systems
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse customers and work collaboratively within a boutique team
