Marina Rinaldi, a prestigious fashion brand within the Max Mara Fashion Group, seeks an experienced Store Manager for its flagship location in Rome. The successful candidate will maximize sales performance while upholding exceptional brand standards, leading and developing a dynamic sales team with empathy and cross-cultural communication skills. This role demands strong customer orientation, operational excellence, and the ability to cultivate brand loyalty through exemplary service delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guard and enhance brand identity while ensuring service standards aligned with customer loyalty objectives
- Monitor store performance through continuous KPI analysis (individual and store-level metrics) to achieve retail targets set by the Direction
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team in accordance with corporate values, unlocking each team member's potential and fostering clear internal communication
- Organize staff scheduling and plan daily operational activities to optimize task allocation and store efficiency
