Marina Rinaldi, part of the Max Mara Fashion Group, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead sales maximization and team performance in the Bolzano boutique. The successful candidate will oversee brand representation, KPI management, team development, and store operations while maintaining service excellence and customer loyalty. Leadership of on-floor staff, strategic KPI analysis, and operational planning form the core responsibilities of this mid-senior level position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize store sales while maintaining corporate standards through effective team leadership, motivation, and development
- Preserve brand identity and deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with customer retention objectives
- Monitor store performance continuously through individual and store-level KPI analysis to meet Retail Direction targets
