The Sales Assistant supports customers throughout their shopping experience at Marina Rinaldi’s Pesaro outlet, maintains the assigned display area and works toward sales targets. This is a full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout their shopping experience at the sales outlet.
- Maintain the assigned display area in accordance with company standards.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
- Pursue and achieve company turnover objectives.
- Assist assigned customers during the sales process, guiding them through purchases in accordance with company standards.
- Welcome and build relationships with customers in the assigned area.
- Collaborate with department colleagues.
- Maintain the order and care of merchandise on display and in the warehouse.
