Marina Rinaldi Milano seeks a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join its retail team. The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills with multicultural clientele, and a proven ability to achieve sales objectives. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and personalized styling consultation to customers of diverse nationalities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and consultative selling
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and communicate styling expertise with attention to detail
- Foster relationships with clientele through empathetic and engaging interaction
- Support merchandising and store operations as required

Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience, ideally within fashion or luxury apparel
- Fluency in Arabic and English (minimum B1 level)
