Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee management and sourcing of packaging categories including shopping bags, boxes, gift packaging, takeaway materials, and food-contact packaging for both retail and operational needs
- Coordinate development and launch of seasonal packaging and holiday-specific solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor demand forecasting and plan procurement orders in alignment with Operations and Sales team requirements
- Identify, evaluate, select, and develop new suppliers to expand and optimize the vendor base
- Lead commercial negotiations, manage tenders, and establish competitive purchasing conditions
- Monitor and assess supplier performance against quality, delivery time, and service level metrics
- Collect, verify, and maintain all supplier certifications and compliance documentation in accordance with current regulations
- Support cost center analysis and inventory management for assigned categories
- Conduct cost analysis and identify continuous cost-saving and efficiency opportunities across the procurement portfolio
- Contribute to budget definition, monitoring, and management for assigned categories
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and brand guidelines in all procurement activities
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management roles
- Demonstrated expertise in packaging sourcing and management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard ERP systems
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management capabilities
- Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
