Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an impeccable welcome and guide guests through a personalised client journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Marchesi 1824 and Prada Group standards.
- Manage and oversee an assigned station in the dining room, coordinating seating, timing and table turnaround to maintain fluid service.
- Provide knowledgeable product guidance: present pastries, beverages and menu offerings with accurate descriptions, pairing suggestions and storytelling that convey the brand’s heritage.
- Execute service according to French, Italian or international service techniques, maintaining high standards of mise en place, presentation and timing.
