Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct sales analyses and support specific business projects.
- Prepare periodic reports on actuals, rolling forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for Food and Beverage managers.
- Analyse variances between actual and planned results.
- Support the preparation of the strategic plan and sales forecasts.
- Contribute to improving planning and reporting systems.
- Support product uploads and online assortment updates for the e-commerce channel.
- Monitor stock levels, content accuracy, and publishing timelines.
- Assist in understanding commercial phases related to product launches and market coverage.
