Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve all beverages from the Marchesi 1824 drink list with consistent technical excellence and attention to detail
- Deliver empathetic, professional guest welcome and ensure each phase of service reflects Prada Group standards, creating a bespoke experience that feels curated and refined
- Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of Marchesi 1824's heritage, culture, and DNA, communicating brand narrative compellingly through engaging storytelling
