Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and present cocktails and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with bar recipes and quality standards, ensuring technical precision, consistency, and aesthetic excellence in every service
- Support the Head Bartender in implementing seasonal proposals and new beverage references
- Deliver elegant, welcoming, and personalized service aligned with Prada Group standards
- Advise guests on beverage and food & beverage pairing selections, actively contributing to sales objectives and the promotion of higher-margin products
- Manage guest requests and any service challenges with professionalism, discretion, and effectiveness
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Ristorante Torre and the context of Fondazione Prada, naturally integrating cultural and artistic elements into guest storytelling
- Execute opening and closing checklists and bar procedures, ensuring order, cleanliness, and correct organization of work stations
- Operate in compliance with HACCP regulations and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report restocking needs; maintain proper product storage and care of glassware, equipment, and service materials
- Manage payments and cash register operations with precision and transparency, in accordance with company procedures
- Collaborate seamlessly with dining room, kitchen, and bar team members to ensure service fluidity; support the Head Bartender in maintaining operational and quality standards
- Contribute to achieving restaurant quality and commercial objectives while serving as an ambassador for the beverage experience and the values of Ristorante Torre and the Prada Group
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar bartending or bar service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
