Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for the e‑commerce channel, including back‑office order handling.
- Verify and process customer orders using the order management system.
- Monitor e‑commerce stock levels and update availability accordingly.
- Follow up on shipments and verify delivery status using the DHL portal.
- Manage and coordinate shipments for retail channels.
- Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Support inventory activities and periodic stock reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Degree in economics, business, supply chain or a related discipline (or current enrollment in an equivalent program).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and accuracy in transactional tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Good command of English.
