Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store team through daily briefings, objective setting, and structured training sessions
- Create and maintain a positive team spirit whilst motivating staff to increase sales and operational efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand appearance standards
- Supervise and instruct staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, and product returns
- Evaluate the performance of each Sales Associate and provide consistent constructive feedback
- Manage all day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of the store
- Welcome clients and foster relationships whilst educating them about the brand
- Introduce complementary products and leverage product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
- Maintain and enhance visual merchandising displays to reflect brand image and guidelines
- Support stock control and inventory management
- Collect client CRM details to build and expand the client book
- Stay current with fashion trends and product lines across all merchandise categories
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a luxury fashion environment
- Experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst prioritizing client needs and experience
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics
- Excellent personal presentation and embodiment of the Marc Jacobs brand values
- Fluent English language proficiency

Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a luxury, high-fashion retail environment, with demonstrated success in ready-to-wear and leather goods sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-specific qualifications are advantageous.
