Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations at Serravalle Designer Outlet, ensuring the store meets sales, KPI and profitability targets.
- Recruit, coach and develop the boutique team; create individual development plans and secure succession with HR.
- Drive client development and loyalty programs, with a focus on VIC and VVIC segments and proactive clienteling.
- Translate corporate strategy into local actions and measurable objectives for the team; monitor performance and deliver results.
- Manage store P&L controllables, partner with Finance on monthly reviews, and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and visual merchandising standards across all product categories.
- Oversee stock integrity, loss prevention, inventory audits, cash handling procedures and health & safety compliance.
- Plan and execute VIP client events and local initiatives to attract new clients and amplify brand engagement.
- Act as the local ambassador for the brand, liaise with HQ and LVMH colleagues to share best practices and implement corporate initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' management experience in luxury goods retail, with demonstrable success leading teams and achieving KPIs.
- Proven track record of VIP/VVIC client development and experience staging high-end client events.
- Established international clientele network and the ability to attract and retain high-value customers.
- Fluency in English and Italian (both essential).
- Strong commercial acumen, initiative, and a refined sense for fashion, trends, culture and art.

Minimum 5 years of progressive luxury retail management experience, including responsibility for sales targets, team leadership, VIP client development and operational P&L oversight.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
