Marc Jacobs seeks a Stock Controller in Serravalle Scrivia, Italy—manage inventory, support sales, and uphold brand excellence in this full-time luxury retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and control stock inventory to maintain luxury product quality and minimize stock loss
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the Marc Jacobs brand image and instilling pride in team members and customers
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to reflect brand positioning
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitable sales and ensure store efficiency
- Welcome clients, educate them about brand heritage, and maintain customer relationships through CRM data capture
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales performance
- Monitor stationery and supply stock levels, placing orders to prevent shortages
- Ensure all CITES documentation is completed for exotic products
- Maintain adherence to all company policies, procedures, and dress codes
- Support stock control and management systems to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and stock control within a fashion environment, preferably luxury retail
- A-Level education or equivalent and above
- Demonstrated passion for stock management and inventory control
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and stock control within a fashion environment, preferably luxury retail. Demonstrated ability to work independently with high motivation, coupled with strong team collaboration skills.
Education
A-Level education or equivalent and above.
