Marc Jacobs seeks a Stock Controller in Serravalle, Italy. Manage inventory and support sales for a luxury fashion retailer. Full-time, permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Excite and instill passion and pride for the Marc Jacobs brand among customers and store team, embodying the brand image with strong understanding of brand DNA
- Lead by example and demonstrate role model behaviour representative of the brand, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image throughout the store
- Welcome all clients to ensure comfort in the environment and educate them about the brand and its heritage
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients while gathering CRM details to expand client portfolio
- Introduce complementary products and drive sales through expert product knowledge, achieving established targets
- Process sales transactions with confidence and professionalism
- Drive product knowledge by staying current with fashion trends and updating knowledge on all product lines
- Support control and management of stock to ensure inventory accuracy and loss prevention
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize sales and operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including CITES documentation for exotic products
- Monitor stationery stock levels and place orders to prevent supply shortages
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and stock control in a fashion environment, preferably luxury
- A-level education or above
- Passionate about stock management and inventory control
- Excellent ability to work both independently and as part of a team with high levels of motivation
- Strong capability to work to deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently across multiple responsibilities
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales and stock control within a fashion environment, preferably in the luxury sector. Proven track record of managing inventory efficiently and supporting sales operations in a retail setting.
