Marc Jacobs Stock Controller in Serravalle Scrivia, Italy. Permanent full-time luxury retail role managing inventory and supporting sales operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate an efficient stockroom to maximize profitable sales and support the sales team
- Organize, manage, and control stock to ensure luxury quality of Marc Jacobs products and minimize stock loss
- Embody and communicate the Marc Jacobs brand image to customers and store team, demonstrating deep brand DNA understanding
- Lead by example with role-model behavior adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines and maintain brand image presentation throughout the store
- Welcome and educate clients about the brand, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
- Process sales with confidence and professionalism; gather CRM details to enlarge client database
- Stay current with fashion trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all lines
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and CITES requirements for exotic products
- Monitor stationery and supply stock levels; place orders proactively to prevent shortages
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and operational efficiency
- Work effectively both as part of a team and independently with high motivation levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and stock control in a fashion environment, preferably luxury
- A Levels or above
- Proven passion for stock management
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent capability to work and deliver against deadlines under pressure
- Proactive problem-solving approach with ability to identify and implement solutions
- Positive, proactive professional mindset
- Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders

Experience
