Stock Controller position at Marc Jacobs in Serravalle, Italy. Manage inventory, brand representation, and sales support in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the stockroom to maximize sales efficiency while minimizing stock loss
- Embody the Marc Jacobs brand image and communicate brand passion to customers and staff
- Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect brand guidelines and enhance the customer experience
- Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting client relationships
- Introduce complementary products and drive sales through product knowledge and trend awareness
- Support the sales team to maximize profitability and achieve targets
- Gather client CRM details to expand the client database
- Monitor stationary and supply stock levels and manage reordering
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and CITES requirements for exotic products
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain operational efficiency
Qualifications
- A Levels or above educational qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and stock control in a fashion environment, preferably luxury
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player and independently with high motivation
- Demonstrated expertise in stock management
- Ability to deliver against deadlines and perform under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and stock control within a fashion environment, preferably in the luxury sector.
