Marc Jacobs is hiring a Stock Controller in Serravalle Scrivia, Italy to manage inventory and support store operations (full-time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and operate an efficient stockroom to ensure merchandise is organised, available and presented to luxury standards.
- Control stock movements, carry out regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to minimise stock loss.
- Act as a brand ambassador: embody the Marc Jacobs image, adhere to appearance guidelines and promote brand DNA to customers and colleagues.
- Support in-store visual merchandising by reflecting VM guidelines and maintaining display integrity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximise sales, fulfil client requests and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Capture and update client CRM details to grow the client book and support clienteling activities.
- Process sales professionally and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure completion of CITES documentation for exotic products and manage any back-office compliance requirements.
- Monitor stationary and supply levels for the store and place orders to maintain operational continuity.
Qualifications
- A-levels (or equivalent) or above.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and stock control within a fashion retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and stock control within a fashion retail environment, preferably with prior exposure to luxury merchandise and CITES processes.
Education
