Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and control stock to maintain luxury quality standards and minimize stock loss
- Support the sales team to maximize profitable sales and ensure operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to promote brand image throughout the store
- Welcome and educate clients about the brand, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Drive sales through product knowledge and introduction of complementary products while achieving sales targets
- Gather client CRM details and maintain an organized client book
- Monitor and manage stationary stock levels, placing orders as needed
- Ensure completion of CITES documentation for all exotic products
- Stay current with fashion trends and product lines through continuous research
- Embody the Marc Jacobs brand image through professional appearance and role model behavior
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and dress codes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and stock control in a fashion environment, preferably luxury
- A Levels or above education
- Passionate about stock management and inventory organization
- Strong team player with ability to work independently with high motivation
- Excellent at working under pressure and delivering against deadlines
