Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador: embody the Marc Jacobs image, adhere to appearance and dress guidelines, and instil passion for the brand among clients and team members.
- Deliver an elevated client journey: welcome customers, build and maintain long-term client relationships, educate clients on product stories and styling, and expand the client book by capturing CRM details.
- Drive sales and conversion: proactively introduce complementary products, demonstrate strong product knowledge across RTW and leather goods, achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation: reflect visual merchandising guidelines and maintain brand image across the sales floor.
- Operate retail processes with professionalism: process transactions confidently, support stock control, comply with company policies and assist with daily store routines and business monitoring.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or high-fashion retail, with direct sales exposure to ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and familiarity with retail KPIs.
- Excellent personal presentation and ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand.
- Strong clienteling skills and experience capturing and maintaining CRM records.

Minimum 3 years in luxury/high-fashion retail with demonstrable success in selling RTW and leather goods, developing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, fashion or a related discipline is advantageous.
