Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the brand image and DNA, demonstrating role model behaviour that reflects Marc Jacobs' aesthetic and values
  • Inspire brand passion and pride among customers and store team members through authentic product knowledge and enthusiasm
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines to elevate the retail environment
  • Welcome and engage all clients to ensure comfort and provide educational information about the brand and collections
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships, gathering CRM data to develop a personal client book
