Marc Jacobs seeks a part-time Sales Ambassador in Serravalle, Italy to drive luxury retail sales and brand advocacy in ready-to-wear and leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, cultivating enthusiasm and pride in Marc Jacobs' heritage and design philosophy among customers and team members
- Embody the brand image through exemplary conduct, adherence to dress codes, and demonstration of role model behavior consistent with brand guidelines
- Execute visual merchandising protocols to reinforce brand positioning and enhance the overall store aesthetic
- Welcome and educate all clients on brand narrative, building meaningful relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Drive sales growth by introducing complementary product offerings and leveraging product knowledge across RTW and leather goods collections
- Process transactions with confidence and professionalism while gathering and maintaining accurate CRM client data
- Monitor fashion trends and product developments to ensure contemporary product knowledge and informed client recommendations
- Support inventory management and stock control procedures in compliance with company protocols
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of retail key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to achievement of departmental targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail environments
- Demonstrated expertise in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods categories
- Fluent English language proficiency; additional language skills advantageous
- Strong personal presentation and grooming standards aligned with luxury brand expectations
- Understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics

Minimum 2–3 years of professional sales experience in a luxury or high-fashion retail environment, with demonstrable success in ready-to-wear and leather goods categories.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in fashion retail or luxury sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
