Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying Marc Jacobs’ DNA, maintaining impeccable presentation and adhering to appearance and dress-code standards.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey: proactively welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build long-term relationships to expand the client book.
- Drive sales through product knowledge and suggest complementary items to increase basket size while confidently processing transactions.
- Collect and update clients’ CRM details and use clienteling techniques to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to reinforce the boutique image and support in-store presentation standards.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and support stock control and inventory management procedures.
- Stay informed on product lines and fashion trends to maintain expert product knowledge and advise clients effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in a luxury or high-fashion environment, with direct sales responsibility.
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and understanding retail KPIs.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand with professionalism.
- Strong clienteling, communication and interpersonal skills.
