Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible Brand Ambassador, embodying Marc Jacobs’ image and DNA through exemplary personal presentation and adherence to appearance and dress code standards.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey by welcoming customers, educating them about the brand, and building enduring client relationships to expand the store’s client book.
- Drive sales performance through proactive clienteling: identify client needs, recommend complementary products, and close transactions professionally to achieve individual and store targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate CRM details for clients and use the client database to support retention and repeat business.
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines on the shop floor to reflect the brand image and enhance product presentation.
- Support stock management and control activities, ensuring product availability and compliance with company procedures and retail policies.
- Keep product knowledge current across all lines through regular research and trend monitoring to advise clients confidently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in luxury or high-fashion environments; demonstrated success selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and familiarity with retail KPIs.
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand with professionalism.
- Strong client relationship skills and experience using CRM systems to grow and manage a client portfolio.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Three or more years in luxury or high-fashion retail, including direct selling of ready-to-wear and leather goods, client relationship management, and a consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
Education
