Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible brand ambassador: embody the Marc Jacobs image, adhere to appearance guidelines and inspire passion for the brand among colleagues and customers.
  • Deliver a differentiated client journey by welcoming customers, educating them about the brand and building lasting relationships to enlarge the client book.
  • Drive sales through expert product knowledge of ready-to-wear and leather goods, relevant cross-selling and confident POS execution to achieve individual and store KPIs.
  • Capture and maintain accurate CRM data to support clienteling and targeted follow-up communications.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards on the shop floor to reflect brand guidelines and optimise product presentation.
  • Support inventory control and stock management processes to ensure product availability and loss prevention.
  • Remain informed on seasonal collections and market trends to enhance product recommendations and client conversations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' sales experience in luxury or high-fashion retail (ready-to-wear and/or leather goods preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working to retail KPIs.
  • Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent personal presentation and polished interpersonal skills consistent with a luxury brand image.
  • Strong clienteling instincts and familiarity with CRM-driven relationship management.

Experience
