Marc Jacobs seeks a Sales Ambassador in Roermond, Netherlands. Part-time retail role focused on clienteling, visual merchandising and sales for the new store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador, embodying Marc Jacobs’ image, dress code and service standards at all times.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey through tailored clienteling, needs analysis and post-sale follow-up to build a loyal client book.
- Drive sales by presenting complementary products, demonstrating detailed product knowledge and confidently closing transactions.
- Capture and maintain CRM client data to expand and personalise the store’s client base.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to reflect the brand image and maintain floor standards.
- Monitor store performance against KPIs, support stock control and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay current on product lines and fashion trends through ongoing research and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' retail experience in a luxury or high-fashion environment, with experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and familiarity with retail KPIs.
- Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong clienteling, communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
Minimum of 2–3 years' direct sales experience within luxury or high-fashion retail, including ready-to-wear and leather goods selling, and a demonstrable history of building and retaining client relationships.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.
