Marc Jacobs seeks a Sales Ambassador in Roermond, Netherlands to drive luxury client experiences and retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible brand ambassador, embodying Marc Jacobs’ image, dress code and DNA in every client interaction.
  • Deliver outstanding, personalised client journeys that build loyalty and expand the store’s client book through CRM capture and proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by advising on and upselling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and leather goods, using deep product knowledge.
  • Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are maintained and support store presentation to reflect brand positioning.
  • Process sales transactions professionally, adhere to company policies, and support stock control and inventory procedures.
  • Monitor personal and store sales KPIs, share market and trend insights, and continuously refresh product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in luxury or high-fashion retail sales, with direct RTW and leather goods selling experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail KPIs and targets.
  • Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand with authenticity.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong clienteling skills with experience capturing and managing CRM data.

Experience
