Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and promote Marc Jacobs brand image, values, and DNA to customers and store team members
- Lead by example through professional appearance and conduct that reflects brand guidelines and dress codes
- Welcome and educate clients about the brand, building lasting relationships and expanding personal client book through CRM data capture
- Recommend complementary products with detailed product knowledge to drive sales performance and achieve targets
- Process sales transactions professionally and confidently while maintaining highest service standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in adherence with brand guidelines to enhance store presentation
- Develop and maintain expertise in fashion trends, product lines, and seasonal collections through continuous research

Qualifications
